Yes. Every FORM mattress, from the FORM Core to the FORM Prime X, works on an adjustable base. The retainer bar at the foot of the FORM Adjustable Bed Base keeps the mattress in place as the base moves.
Yes. It is zero-clearance ready: remove the legs and set it on a flat, solid surface such as a platform bed. You can also use the stackable legs to stand it on its own or inside a compatible bed frame.
It can sit inside a bed frame when the frame’s inside dimensions fit the base.
Headboard brackets are sold separately. Add the bracket kit to your order to attach a headboard.
Zero Gravity raises your head and knees into a reclined, lounging position. Anti-Snore raises only the head slightly. Both are comfort presets you reach with one button; neither is a medical treatment.
750 pounds per base, including the mattress and everyone on it. A Split King uses two bases, so each side carries up to 750 pounds.
Split King is two Twin XL bases side by side. Each side moves on its own under two Twin XL mattresses, or you can sync them with the included cable so they move together. If you put one King mattress on top, keep the bases synced.
An emergency battery strip lets you raise or lower the base during a power outage. It runs on two 9-volt batteries, sold separately.
Regular fitted sheets work on a Twin XL, Full or Queen base. For a Split King with two Twin XL mattresses, use a Split King sheet set, which has two separate fitted sheets so each side moves freely.
The Adjustable Bed Base ships free by ground carrier in boxes and usually arrives in 5–10 business days. Plan on two people to unbox and position it; setup instructions come in the box.
The Adjustable Bed Base has a 10-year limited warranty. In year 1 we cover repairs and replacements, including parts, labor and shipping. In years 2–5, replacement parts are covered and you cover service and shipping. In years 6–10, parts are available at a prorated cost. Bed bases are final sale once delivered. If yours arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right under warranty.
