Water-resistant. The top surface helps keep spills and sweat from soaking into your mattress. It isn’t a fully waterproof encasement, so blot large spills right away and wash the protector soon after.

Yes. The 18-inch skirt fits every FORM mattress: FORM Core (10 inches), FORM Core Hybrid (12), FORM Prime (14) and FORM Prime X (15).

Order two Twin XL protectors, one for each mattress. Each side of a split king adjustable base can then move on its own.

Every one to two months, and right after any spill. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip bleach, and tumble dry with no heat. High heat can damage the water-resistant layer.

A protector isn’t required, but the FORM Lifetime Warranty doesn’t cover stains. A protector keeps stains off the mattress, which keeps a future warranty inspection simple.

The Mattress Protector carries a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, fading, pilling and shrinkage aren’t defects. The FORM Mattress Protector is final sale once delivered, like all FORM bedding. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right under that warranty.
