Back sleepers and most combination sleepers. It has a plush, contouring feel. Side sleepers with broad shoulders may want a taller pillow, and stomach sleepers usually prefer a lower one.
A well-made memory foam pillow holds its shape for years. The CryoPhase Pillow is backed by a 10-year limited warranty: if the foam splits, cracks or stops returning to its shape because of a defect, we repair or replace it. Normal softening over time isn’t a defect.
Wash the cover, not the core. Unzip the cover, machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, and air dry it. Keep the memory foam core out of the washer and dryer; air it out and spot clean it as needed.
Yes. A thin, breathable pillowcase keeps the cover clean. Thick or flannel cases insulate the surface and mute the cool feel, so lyocell, percale or other lightweight fabrics work best. The Queen fits a standard or queen case; the King fits a king case.
New memory foam can have a mild scent for a day or two after unboxing. Let the pillow air out in a well-ventilated room before you sleep on it.
Yes. The core is made with CertiPUR-US® certified foam, which is tested by independent labs for content, emissions and durability.
The CryoPhase Pillow is final sale once delivered, like all FORM bedding. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right under the 10-year limited warranty.
