What is the FORM wholesale mattress program?
FORM Wholesale is a retailer partnership program for qualified mattress stores, furniture retailers, regional dealers and other approved sellers interested in carrying FORM-branded mattresses. The current FORM Sleep collection includes Core, Core Hybrid, Prime and Prime X. Every FORM mattress is made in the USA, and FORM Sleep is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Current product pages list CertiPUR-US® certified foams, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GREENGUARD Gold certification, plus 100% fiberglass-free construction. FORM's current mattress collection includes FORM Core, FORM Core Hybrid, FORM Prime and FORM Prime X. The lineup covers all-foam, hybrid, Euro-top hybrid and Talalay latex-enhanced constructions.
FORM mattresses use GelGrid™ open-air technology paired with Integra-Mesh™ reinforcement. The collection is organized into four models with distinct construction steps, giving retailers a clear product and comparison story.
